    Is this available at all Europcar locations?

    You can pick up your vehicle at any of our nationwide branches. To save you time, we’re happy to deliver the car to you anywhere in the UK, for free! And pick it up again at the end of your rental period.

    Can I change the car if I don’t like it?

    You can change your car every 28 days if you like!

    Am I able to add an additional driver to my rental?

    With Europcar Long Term Hire you can add as many drivers to the insurance as you like, for free.

    Are there any mileage restrictions?

    SuperFlex offers 3 mileage options per month: 840, 2520 or 3360, so you can choose the mileage that best suits your lifestyle. If you feel like you might go over one month, contact us and we can increase your limit to the maximum 3360 miles per month. Keeping within your monthly allowance enables you to avoid excess charges.

    For how long do I have to commit to my hire?

    You only need to hire the vehicle for a minimum of 28 days to take advantage of the fixed rates. Also, you can extend your rental at any time.

    Terms and Conditions Calls will cost 10p per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge from a BT line, other networks' mobiles may vary. Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. + £599 per month is based on 28 days in a mini-category car. *The vehicle will be covered by our Basic Protection package. This includes Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver covers and third party liability insurance which is subject to an excess amount that is determined by the type of car you hire. You can reduce that excess by purchasing either our Premium or Medium Protection products at discounted rates (see section 26 of the Terms and Conditions of Hire (‘T&Cs’) for further details of the Protection products and the Tariff Guide for the associated costs and excess amounts which start at £1,100).**To qualify for a free valet the customer must bring the vehicle to a Europcar branch every 28 days for a monthly mileage check. ^Depending upon fleet availability.
